Q: When do I pay for an installation?
A: You can pay for the installation at the same time you schedule it.

Q: How far out are you booked?
A: We are generally booked up 1-2 weeks in advance.

Q: May I request my favorite installer?
A: Yes, absolutely!

Q: May I request my preferred time of day or week?
A: Yes you certainly may!

Q: Can you install several rooms in one day?
A: Yes, our organized, well-managed team is intentional, focused and considerate enough to do multiple rooms in a given day.

Q: Will you advise my Contractor? Electrician?
A: Yes, we are glad to get in on the ground floor.

Q: What if my deadline is simply too quick?
A: We can outfit your space with redi-shades and temporary window treatments so you don’t have to lose sleep in the process.

Q: How much do I need to clean afterward?
A: You won’t need to clean anything. At the time of the installation we pre-book a cleaning staff. Our boarded, licensed, and insured team is also careful to take away and recycle all packaging upon completion.

Q: Can you measure for future projects while you’re there?
A: Yes, we can.
